CCRanger ("we", "us") provides cloud infrastructure operations and AI gateway services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, dashboard, and the services delivered under our agreements with you.
We collect (a) account data you provide — name, work email, company, and billing details; (b) service telemetry — API requests, model identifiers, token counts, latency, and error codes generated when you use the AI gateway or AWS proxy; and (c) operational logs needed to deliver, secure, and bill the service. We do not require, and we do not intentionally collect, sensitive personal data.
We use the information to operate the services, authenticate sessions, meter usage and produce invoices, detect abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability and performance. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer prompts or model outputs to train foundation models.
To deliver the services we route requests to upstream providers — Amazon Web Services, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and the model vendors listed in your order form. Their handling of your content is governed by their own terms; we configure non-training options where the provider offers them. We use a small number of subprocessors for hosting, payments, and email; the current list is available on request.
Account and billing records are retained for the duration of the agreement and for the period required by tax and accounting law. Operational logs are retained for up to 90 days unless a longer period is required for security investigations or legal hold. You can request deletion of your account data at any time, subject to those retention requirements.
We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest, scoped credentials, least-privilege IAM, and audited access for production systems. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected customers without undue delay if a confirmed incident materially affects their data.
Our team operates from the United States, Singapore, and Germany. By using the services you acknowledge that information may be processed in any of these jurisdictions, with appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below; we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
